4th Annual Hot Rodders Bash

The 4th Hot Rodders Bash looked promising when the sun was shining at 8am on Sunday. Once again, the peaceful village of Theale was disturbed by rods, bikes, and dragsters, and the peace was certainly shattered when Kenny Brooks blasted into the car park in 'Roaring Rat'! The afternoons entertainment was supplied by two superb rockabilly bands, ’Jake Allen and The Trashcanz’, and ’The Trashville Slammers’. This year the show was held on Sunday (due to some inconsiderate friend getting married on the Saturday), which we feel contributed to a smaller crowd this year. The Wild Bunch dragsters and the BBQ were fired up and the bar was serving all day, great recipe for a great day, and over £500 was raised for The Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance, in just 5 hours!!
