There isn’t much to say about the classic vehicle meet at the racecourse in Newbury, Berkshire. It was a small event that was easy to find, parking was good and the entry fee was £5 but I believe it was cheaper still if you showed a bike/car. There were lots of stalls selling everything from bric a brac to used car/bike parts and manuals to new car/bike bits and tools. Bikes and cars of all ages and types were there for everyone to look at, with trophies at the end of the day, but we’d gone before this happened.
They also sold pasties, cake and tea, which was needed after the climb up millions of steps to get there.
